WET #1: 404

This started off when I moved my VRML toys to another directory. I wanted people to be able to find them if they've saved the old URL. What better way to do it than to put out a little VRML world that says "404 Not Found" or "301 Permanently Moved" or one of the other messages in the HTTP spec.
